We're a small but mighty team serving coffees out of our stores in Berlin and quickly expanding to the rest of Germany. We're looking for a Multi-site Store Manager in Munich to work directly with our leadership Team.

What Youʼll Do
You'll be responsible for the training program of the LAP baristas, managing quality and provide the best onboarding experience.
Training & Development – Lead barista training, shadowing programs, advanced training, and act as the main contact for all drinks enquiries.
Coffee Quality & Standards – Maintain and uphold coffee quality consistency across all stores, events and B2B clients.
Quality Control & Industry Best Practices – ensure recipes are followed, introduce thorough quality control processes
Recruitment Support – Assist store and area managers in barista interviews and skill assessments.
Leadership & Mentorship – Set the standard for service excellence, professionalism, hospitality and representing the LAP brand.
Resource & Equipment Management – Ensure all baristas follow machine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting best practices.
Team Communication – Work closely with Store and Area Managers to ensure smooth service delivery.
Workflow optimisation - improve workflow in each location to improve service quality and reduce waiting times.
Launch support - Ensure teams in new stores are fully trained to offer the best customer experience from day one of a new store.
What Weʼre Looking For
2-4 years of extensive barista experience, including high-volume coffee service.
Proven experience in barista training, mentorship, and development.
Passion for coffee quality, consistency, and industry best practices.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment.
Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Organised and detail-oriented, ensuring standards and procedures are consistently followed.
