Our client, a leading services company, is seeking a Relationship Manager to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse international client base and to develop strong, long-term client relationships within a dynamic environment.

Your responsabilities :

As a Relationship Manager, you will :

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.

  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients across various sectors.

  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions in collaboration with internal teams (accounting, tax, legal, etc.).

  • Coordinate and oversee the delivery of services to ensure quality and timely execution.

  • Identify business development opportunities within the existing client base and support onboarding of new clients.

  • Prepare and participate in client meetings, follow up on action points, and ensure clear communication internally and externally.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues proactively.

Your profile :

As a Relationship Manager, you have :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within financial services, fiduciary, or consulting environments.

  • Strong client service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.

  • Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Luxembourgish is an asset.

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
