The internship gives the right candidate the opportunity to be involved in all daily tasks of the Design Hotels™ Communications team. The position is located in the corporate headquarters in Berlin.

• Opening: August / September 2025
• Duration: 6 months
• Compensation: EUR 1000 / month
• The internship must be a compulsory part of the study program

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Gather communications information from key internal stakeholders to update the annual internal and external communications calendar with relevant dates and deadlines and coordinate their delivery
• Learn how to use our email marketing platform, and oversee the staging of B2B newsletters
• Support with the day-to-day management of the Design Hotels B2B social media activities (@designhotels_inside and LinkedIn); supporting with content gathering, copywriting, and posting
• Support the Communications Manager with the project management of ad-hoc tasks such as guest list management, invitation briefs, content plans etc.
• Support with research tasks
• Develop comprehensive briefing documents for senior leadership on key internal and external events
• General administrative support of the department
  
  

Experience & Mindset

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, German is not required—native English is a plus
• Great communication skills (specifically in English, writing and editing skills)
• Great understanding of brand identity and visual brand standards
• Organizational and prioritization skills
• Proactive team member who shows initiative
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with Keynote
• Excel/Google Sheets experience (bonus, not required)
