Position Overview:

As a Retail Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations. Your focus will be on packaging and order processing to support increased order volumes and help the store maintain a seamless workflow.

Position Availability:

This role is needed from 01.05.2025-30.06.2025 (50%) and from 01.11.2025-31.12.2025 (80%).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily store operations, particularly during busy periods, to meet increased order demand.
• Support the packaging process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with store teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency, especially during peak times.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked store environment, assisting with stock management when needed.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and smooth working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or order fulfillment is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with the store team.
• Flexibility to work within a set schedule and accommodate peak hours.
