Responsibilities
Provide administrative and organizational support to the executive management team
Coordinate and organize appointments, meetings, and business trips
Prepare and follow up on meetings and presentations
Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them to the appropriate departments
Maintain and update databases and document management systems
Assist in creating reports, presentations, and other documents
Organize internal and external events
Handle inquiries and correspondence, both internally and externally
Manage office supplies and office infrastructure
Perform general office coordination and organization
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in back office or executive assistance is advantageous
Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work
Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
Very good German language skills (written and spoken), English language skills (written and spoken)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
High discretion and responsibility Ability to work independently and reliably
Flexibility and willingness to adapt quickly to new tasks and requirements
