As a Working Student in our Digital Enablement Platform team, you will play a key role in driving our data-driven organization vision and supporting business users in leveraging our Customer Data Platform (CDP). Your Responsibilities
- Data Champion: Assist in promoting a data-driven culture across the organization by supporting business users in understanding and utilizing the CDP effectively.
- User Empowerment: Help business users navigate the CDP, create reports, and extract valuable insights to inform their decisions.
- Project Support: Provide support in various IT enablement projects related to data and the CDP, potentially assisting with coordination and communication.
- Bridging the Gap: Translate business requirements into technical understanding and vice versa, facilitating clear communication between IT and business stakeholders.
- Data Exploration: Assist in exploring and analyzing data within the CDP to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Documentation & Maintenance: Create and maintain technical documentation related to the CDP, data processes, and platform functionalities.
- Training Support: Help create user-friendly training materials for the CDP.
YOUR PROFILE
- You are an actively enrolled student in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration with a strong affinity for IT, or a related field.
- You possess a genuine enthusiasm for data and its potential to drive business decisions.
- You have a strong interest in IT project management principles and methodologies.
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business language and vice versa. You are comfortable interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You are a creative team player with a lot of positive energy and willingness to help.
- A high level of self-organisation, attention to detail a structured approach and ideally available for 20h/week
- Valuable plus: Basic knowledge of SQL and database querying, familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, or an understanding of basic Machine Learning methodologies and their applications.
