Private Equity Investment Associate

The team is looking for high-calibre candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience in Investment Banking from a Tier 1 bank. Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking or private equity.

• Outstanding financial modelling and valuation skills, with strong attention to detail.

• A commercial, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically about investment opportunities.

• Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and management teams.

• Fluent in both German and English.

• Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier institution.

• Understanding of private equity value creation levers, including operational transformation, international expansion, and platform growth.
