Job Description
For my client in the Dresden region, who focus on the sales and development of Semiconductor instrumentation, we are looking for a Sales Manager to develop and win business in this region. Your main customer base will be the large fabs for well known Semiconductor brands. You will have a strong network in the fabs to at least the department head level, and be able to pitch new business.
Responsibilities
Direct instrument sales, Factory Smart Manufacturing Software, Vacuum/Pressure Sensors and Leak Detection to major semiconductor Fabs in Germany.
Responsible for strategic planning and implementation of sales goals
Strategic account management for key accounts including growth plans and long term sales strategies.
Input to Sales Manager and Marketing as to annual sales goals and objectives for sales area
Business Line feedback regarding instrumentation, strategy, application requirements and development, market trends and direction, competitive products and marketing, in addition to and including marketing assistance to business line
Support of various marketing activities including trade shows, strategic industry committees, marketing campaigns
Account management activity, forecasting etc .
Ability to demonstrate all company products to a wide variety of potential customers
