“We are looking for a detail oriented and data savvy business analyst (m/f/d) to join our team at Montblanc. This role will focus on sales analytics, dashboard building, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and enhance business performance.” Simo - Head of Commercial Intelligence

• by developing, maintaining, and optimizing dashboards, with a preference for Looker and Power BI
• by driving the weekly sales forecasting process, utilizing data analysis and collaboration with local markets
• by contributing to the development of annual sales budgets and forecasts
• in the support of the leadership with ad-hoc analysis and business intelligence reporting
• by collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and reporting
• in ensuring data accuracy and integrity across reports and dashboards
• by effectively communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  
  

You’ll have…

• 2 years’ experience in business analytics and data visualization
• proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SAP BI; Experience working with Looker is a plus
• experience in Retail is a plus, especially the luxury industry
• fluency in English; additional languages is a plus
• the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• a team player mindset with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
