As they continue to grow they are looking for a high-calibre Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the operational leadership of one of their key facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support daily plant operations, ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently met.
• Operate effectively within a JIT manufacturing environment—a must for this role.
• Play a central role in the successful execution of new program launches, working across cross-functional teams.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to drive safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Support and influence operational KPIs, reporting to senior leadership and driving accountability.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Foster a high-performing team culture that aligns with corporate and customer goals.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven leadership experience in a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in JIT production facilities – essential.
• Solid background in launch management – desirable.
• Strong operational mindset with a focus on results and team collaboration.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in German required.
