• Lösung von Kundenanfragen technischer & kaufmännischer Art
• Durchführung von Fehleranalysen
• Dokumentation der bearbeiteten Vorgänge

Was Sie mitbringen sollten

• Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung
• Interesse für technische Zusammenhänge
• Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
• Freude am direkten und indirekten Kundenkontakt
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift and Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert, gerne auch eine zweite Fremdsprache (z.B. französisch, italienisch)
