Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Founder's Associate based in Berlin. Working directly with the team. You'll help with:

• Supporting customer support
• Supporting sales efforts
• Creating and sharing content
• Following market trends
• Assisting with strategic initiatives

This role is for someone who wants to dive deep into startup life and expect intensity, rapid changes, and the chance to make a real impact as a core team member.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or Bachelor's) with 1-3 years of work experience.
• We expect the person to be able to take responsibility.
• Passionate about AI and genuinely excited about our mission.
• Driven self-starter who pushes projects forward without waiting for direction.
• Willingness to go above and beyond regular hours when needed.
• Resilient mindset that thrives under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Experience with content creation is helpful.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin.
