Job Title: Production Team Leader

We are currently seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to join a leading manufacturer of high-tech equipment for the semiconductor industry. This role involves leading a team of 12 skilled professionals, ensuring efficient production processes, and contributing to the continuous improvement of manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management: Oversee and coordinate a production team of 12, ensuring smooth workflows, resource allocation, and performance management.
• Technical Involvement: Hands-on work in the installation, testing, setup, parameterization, and adjustment of automated handling and surface measurement systems, with a focus on drive and control technology.
• Process Optimization: Implement and enhance Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles to improve efficiency, quality, and overall productivity.
• Disciplinary Responsibilities: Supervise, train, and support team members while managing disciplinary procedures when necessary.
• Cross-Industry Applications: Bring technical expertise and best practices from various industries to optimize production and installation processes.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a similar technical field.
• Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading teams in a production or technical environment.
• Technical Skills: Experience in automation, drive and control technology, and system installation.
• Process Improvement: Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Industry Background: Open to candidates from various industries with relevant technical and leadership expertise.
