Junior IT-Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Standort Berlin/Teltow | unbefristet

Diese Stelle ist ein idealer Einstieg in das IT-Projektmanagement und bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung „on the job“ zum Projektmanager oder anderen spannenden Rollen sowie der Erlangung anerkannter Zertifizierungen (PMP oder PRINCE2). Sie profitieren hierbei von dem Know-How eines erfahrenen Projektmanagement-Teams. Es erwartet Sie ein flexibles, hybrides Arbeitsmodell, (mit einem temporären Aufenthalt im deutschen Headquarter in Bad Homburg/Hessen (Unterbringung wird organisiert)) Einarbeitung sowie eine familiäre und soziale Unternehmenskultur.

What you'll be doing

Das bieten wir:

• Sie koordinieren selbständig und eigenverantwortlich Kundenprojekte sowie interne Projekte
• Planung, Koordination und Sicherstellung von IT-Projekten in Abstimmung mit dem Kunden sowie der Synchronisation mit anderen Stakeholdern.
• Steuerung von internen und externen Dienstleistern
• Sie unterstützen bei der Entwicklung und/oder kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen, Tools und Systemen und übernehmen eigenverantwortlich Teilaufgaben
  
  

Das bringen Sie mit:

• Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder Kenntnisse von Projektmanagement-Methoden wie PMP oder PRINCE2
• Teamfähigkeit, ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
• Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe mit sehr guten analytischen Fähigkeiten
• Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
