With an advanced, modular platform already gaining traction in key European markets, the business is now focused on scaling operations, implementation, and customer success in the German-speaking region.
The Role:
As Head of Implementation – DACH, you will play a pivotal role in launching and growing the business's presence in the region. From onboarding new customers to building an implementation team and partner ecosystem, you will shape the post-sales journey and ensure a smooth transition from closed-won to go-live.
You’ll have the autonomy to design and own operational processes, drive product feedback loops, and establish high standards for merchant success in one of the most strategic growth markets.
What You Will Be Working On:
Customer Onboarding & Implementation Leadership
- Design, build, and continuously evolve customer onboarding processes for merchants across verticals.
- Take full responsibility for the post-sale experience, including go-live success.
- Lead and scale a high-performing implementation team within the DACH region.
Partner Ecosystem Development
- Develop and launch a 3rd-party partner program to accelerate onboarding.
- Define partnership models, program requirements, and drive partner acquisition.
- Establish long-term strategic collaborations with service providers in the DACH eCommerce ecosystem.
Product & Process Improvement
- Act as the voice of the DACH customer – identify and prioritize product enhancements to fuel growth.
- Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to translate feedback into development roadmaps.
Knowledge & Support Infrastructure
- Collaborate with the Content Team to expand the knowledge base and self-serve tools.
- Build and uphold high customer support standards tailored for DACH merchants.
What You Bring:
- 5 years of experience working with eCommerce software solutions.
- Proven success in building, scaling, and leading technical or implementation teams.
- Strong track record of ownership in high-responsibility roles.
- Deep understanding of the DACH eCommerce ecosystem (marketplaces, platforms, WMS/ERP systems, fulfillment providers).
- Independent and organized work style with the adaptability needed for startup environments.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.
- Strong attention to detail and a high-quality bar for process and execution.
