Your tasks
- Updating our digitization strategy in coordination with the management, the business unit management and the IT management
- Development of new digital solutions; identification of best practices; networking with institutions on digitalization issues
- Advising all employees in the process of digital transformation with regard to modern, innovative IT solutions
- Supporting the business units in the implementation of measures relating to the planning, implementation and optimization of digital processes
- Funding acquisition and management
Your profile
You must have
- A successfully completed degree (Master's degree) in the fields of economics, business administration or computer science or
- A successfully completed degree (Master's degree) with relevant skills based on many years of professional experience in the areas of responsibility described above or
- Qualification for career group 2, second entry level with relevant skills based on many years of professional experience in the areas of responsibility described above
- Several years of practical experience in the planning, design and successful implementation of IT, OZG and transformation projects

- High IT affinity and open-mindedness towards new digital trends
- Good comprehension and analytical skills
- Independent and proactive way of working
- Strong communication, cooperation and conflict resolution skills
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office as well as project and process management tools
