The potential of artificial intelligence for responding to queries is increasingly evident. What are we looking for?


We are currently seeking consultants to join our team in Germany, Denmark and Sweden. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in complex B2B sales and a minimum of five years' experience in team management, demonstrating an understanding of management challenges. You are results-oriented, but open-minded and ready to look at things from multiple perspectives. You have found consulting and coaching to be a fascinating world. You are ambitious and committed to becoming one of the best sales consultants in Europe, understanding that this is a journey of continuous development.


Your primary responsibility will be to sell and execute the proven integrated consultancy concept of Precedo Consulting. You will be tasked with engaging in diverse, stimulating, and challenging projects that encompass both sales and delivery of consulting projects.


You will draw on your academic background, which includes university-level education with good grades, as well as your experience in leadership roles. You will excel in identifying key drivers of success, adopting an executive perspective. You have an excellent ability to influence and sell value. You possess analytical, efficient and pragmatic work approaches. Fluency in both spoken and written English, as well as either German, Danish or Swedish, is imperative for achieving success in this role.

We kindly ask you to be patient with us as we navigate this process in parallel with implementing consultancy assignments. The selection process involves online tasks and two rounds of interviews for final candidates, totalling five hours. You will receive feedback from these interviews. Our aim with this rigorous process is to ensure that we identify the ideal fit for everyone involved.
