Senior IT Demand Manager / Business Partner / Service Manager (Freelance)

Essential Skills:

• Track record of successfully building/setting up new IT Business Organisations such as IT Business Partner and Service Management (ITIL/Service now)
• Ability to implement new IT structures and processes and to ensure Transparency.
• Strong in IT Account Management and IT Process Management.
• High level communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English.

Desirable Skills:

• SAP S/4 HANA.

About the assignment:

• You will support the CIO in establishing a new IT Business Partner organisation Globally and its related functions across Europe and USA.
• Alongside this, you will also help stabilise and implement a new Structured environment for the IT Service Management Organisation, ensuring transparency.
• Your core function is to establish new IT Organisations and to ensure stabilisation.
• You will be a key driver to help stabilise and improve the IT organisations structure and related processes in conjunction with their IT Transformation.

Details:

• 6 months extension.
• Remote with occasional travel.
