Key Account Manager - Dortmund

Proclinical is seeking a Key Account Manager to foster and develop commercial relationships with hospital opinion leaders and healthcare professionals. Your focus will be on maximizing product access within key accounts and hospitals in the region. This role requires collaboration with various internal teams to ensure successful implementation of strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Implement strategies in collaboration with Marketing, Medical, and Market Access teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital and office-based specialists, pharmacists, nurses, and other relevant personnel.
• Analyse regional areas to identify and develop treatment centres.
• Evolve insights-based plans for top accounts, including situational analysis and strategic objectives.
• Provide educational and commercial services to healthcare professionals.
• Plan and execute local educational sessions independently.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Report account plans and maintain CRM database accurately.
• Collect and report pharmacovigilance information as per SOPs.
• Represent the territory at events and congresses.
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws and company policies.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in a scientific or related field, or equivalent experience in healthcare.
• Proven success in securing hospital formularies for complex products.
• Experience in managing sales in specialized medical areas such as endocrinology or rheumatology.
• Established industry network within the territory.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to address customer needs.
• Ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base.
• Strong business, analytical, and clinical skills.
• Relevant professional licenses and credentials.
