Erstellung der technischen Spezifikation bei der Beschaffung von Neuanlagen / Anlagenkomponenten und Durchführung der Inbetriebnahme sowie Abnahmen
Fachliche Unterstützung der Teamleiter der betriebsinternen Werkstatt, vor allem in Bezug auf die Art der Ausführung von Instandhaltungsaufträgen
Klären von nicht eindeutigen Bedarfen aus der Produktion, Festlegung der zu realisierenden Lösung sowie Priorisierung nach ggf. erforderlicher Abstimmung
Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Instandhaltungsprojekten mit internem oder externem Personal
Mitwirkung bei der Ressourcenplanung, beispielsweise bei der Zuweisung von Aufträgen für externe Dienstleister
Fachliche Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Normen und anderen Vorschriften, Regeln oder gesetzlichen Anforderungen
Erstellung der technischen Unterlagen für die Installation von Maschinen und Anlagen sowie die Überwachung der Ausführung
Unterstützung der Produktion und Werkstatt bei Produktionsproblemen und Anlagenfehlern
Technische Unterstützung des Einkaufs im Rahmen von Anlagen- und Materialauswahl
Fachliche Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Optimierung von Wartungsplänen
Festlegen von vorzuhaltenden Ersatzteilen, ggf. alternativen Ersatzteilen inkl. der Mindestbestände
Anforderungen
Abgeschlossene Hochschulausbildung (im Bereich Mechanik Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder Vergleichbares) oder auf anderem Wege erworbene Kenntnisse
Wünschenswert: gute Kenntnisse im Bereich von Spezialsoftware (Solid Works)
Sehr gutes technisches und wirtschaftliches Denken im Bereich der Maschinensicherheitstechnik
Gutes Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Instandhaltung in der Industrie wünschenswert
