The role - your passion

• Leading the design of mobile-first interfaces with a focus on intuitive usability and seamless user flows
• Collaborating closely with Product Owners and development teams to define wireframes, usability concepts, and design solutions as well as ensuring their effective implementation
• Conducting user research and usability testing to validate complex UX concepts, and iterate based on insights and data
• Evolving and maintaining our design system and style guide to support scalable, cohesive design across all touchpoints
• Running user tests to validate more complex UX concepts and iterating based on feedback and data
• Staying ahead of UX/UI trends and continuously raising the bar for design quality and user experience
  
  

What You Need To Surf The Wave With Us

• 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record in designing and optimizing mobile apps
• Strong skills in user-centered design and a deep understanding of usability principles for both responsive web and native mobile applications
• Deep understanding of user-centered design and usability principles
• Experience building and scaling design systems, including interface architecture, pattern libraries, and style guides
• Hands-on experience with tools like Figma and no-code prototyping platforms (e.g. Webflow)
• A data-driven mindset with experience in running and evaluating user tests and A/B experiments
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (business level)
