Customer Success Lead – Germany (Remote or Berlin, Bonn, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Hamburg, Munich)

On behalf of a rapidly growing climate tech startup, we’re looking for a Customer Success Lead to help enterprise clients achieve their sustainability goals. This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement, retention, and growth.

The Role

You’ll lead and develop the customer success function, ensuring clients maximise the impact of the platform. As a trusted advisor, you’ll help enterprise customers integrate carbon reduction strategies into their business operations while working cross-functionally to enhance the product and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Scale: Build a high-performing customer success team, set strategies for engagement, and drive adoption of the platform.
• Enterprise Partnerships: Manage and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring they achieve their sustainability goals.
• Data-Driven Approach: Monitor key customer metrics, identify trends, and implement improvements to boost retention and satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to align the platform with customer needs and sustainability regulations.
  
  

About You

• Experience leading customer success in a SaaS or tech-driven environment, ideally within B2B.
• Strong relationship management skills, with a track record of working with enterprise clients.
• Strategic thinker who can analyse customer data and translate insights into action.
• Fluent in German (C1 or native) and English.
• Passionate about sustainability and eager to drive real climate impact.
