Role: Account Executive/Account Manager
Location: Remote in Hamburg
Role Overview:
Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract/partnership closing. Present the company’s vision to decision-makers across various industries and persuade them of the value of the solutions offered. Engage with different departments (IT, Marketing, HR, C-Level) within client organizations to identify their needs. Create tailored cooperation concepts and proposals to meet these needs. Participate in events, expand the professional network, and strengthen the company’s brand presence. Collaborate closely with product and accessibility teams to ensure maximum impact for customers.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience in sales or business development, ideally within the consulting or SaaS sectors. Proven success in sales or business development. Strong presentation and negotiation skills for complex deals. Fluent in both German and English. Alignment with the company’s mission and a respectful approach to people with disabilities.
