For our business unit Eco Heating System within our R&D Center we are looking for a

Head of R&D (m/f/d) - HVAC, Air to Water Heat Pump

Location: Stuttgart

Role And Responsibilities

• Organization and project lead of Heat Pump R&D
• Lead and develop existing Heat Pump R&D team and recruit experienced engineers
• Responsible for Test lab set-up / planning / organization / coordination
• Development and follow up of local (Europe) production model of HVAC or Air to Water Heat Pump
• Attending & Responding to rapid EU regulatory changes
• Expanding Association with reputation, network, and knowledge in Europe
  
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Majors in refrigeration engineering or air conditioning or mechanical engineering
• Preferably 10 years of experience in HVAC or Air to Water Heat Pump system development and EU HVAC or Air to Water H/P System Regulation/Certification management
• Experience in leading R&D projects and teams
• Experience in electrical testing and expertise related to R&D process
• Extensive experience and understanding of refrigeration cycle
• Enables system air conditioner cycle control specifications and system parts design and selection capabilities.
• Experience in water pipe system design of Chiller, Air to water H/P, Air conditioner
• Fluency in English is a must, German language skills a plus
