Our German Branch is looking for a Sales Support in Backoffice (m/f/d).

Samsung SDS Europe Ltd. German Branch is the German site of SDSE located in Schwalbach near Frankfurt am Main and provides internal IT services for all companies of the Samsung Family across Europe. Be part of our dynamic and intercultural IT- and Administration Team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Generate quotations – Calculate sales price per item based on target margin rate
• Calculate profits – calculate gross profit based on margin rates and calculate operating profits based on indirect cost rates
• Update terms and conditions based on price conditions, ordering conditions, delivery conditions and validity
• Manage team target numbers: Contract value, Revenue values, profit rates
• Run pivot tables in Excel data extracts from SAP ERP
• Compare financial data with empirical data
• Forecast finance performance with sales input
• Planned budget vs actual expenditure management
• Manage budget accounts in SAP ERP
• Read and use dashboards and reports in Salesforce
• Read and use reports by Microsoft Excel
• Write concise meeting minutes
• Compose abstract for a report

Your Profile:

• Degree in business management, IT, or related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT sector (or equivalent)
• Experience with handling quotations
• Experience with vendor and partner handling
• Experience with end to end sales delivery
• Experience with handling customer accounts is a plus
• Experience with SAP ERP is a must. Experience with SAP HANA is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Fluency in English language
• Advanced skills in Korean language
• Independent way of working in solving tasks
• High flexibility, stress resistance
• Hands-on mentality
• Experience in the field of international process design and intercultural competence.
