Your Mission

• Drive digital transformation of insurance and financial processes

Your Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• Initial experience in modern web development (Typescript/React) or back-end development (.NET/C#)
• Understanding of clean code principles (SOLID, KISS, YAGNI)
• Familiarity with unit and integration testing
• Strong teamwork skills and eagerness to learn
• Excellent English proficiency (C1) - German is a plus
