How you will create an impact:

• You play an important role in enabling our business through the utilization of M365 services and in the hybrid-cloud transformation of IT systems and services.
• You perform maintenance, lifecycle, and daily administration of hybrid IT systems located both on-premises and in the cloud.
• You actively monitor systems and services, providing an incident escalation response.
• You keep up to date with industry knowledge of relevant technologies and serve as a subject matter expert in your area of responsibility.
• You contribute regularly to technical and process documentation.
• You serve as a mentor to less experienced IT colleagues.

About you:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in IT or a similar qualification, any current industry certifications are a plus.
• You have approximately 5 years of overall relevant experience in hybrid M365 / Azure environments.
• You have extensive, hands-on experience working with Microsoft technology such as: Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), Certification Authority (CA) & Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Group Policy, File Services, Print Services, etc.
• You have experience with M365 Collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Microsoft RDS).
• You can successfully make use of your hands-on IT project management experience.
• You have good written and verbal communication skills in business English.
• You are proactive and have an excellent problem-solving ability.
• You bring great time management and organizational skills and are able to work independently and as part of a divers, international team.
