Solution Engineer

As a Solution Engineer at SoSafe, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagements, driving product demonstrations, proof of concept, technical consultations, and solution design. Your mission is to guide prospective customers toward adopting SoSafe’s cybersecurity awareness platform by delivering impactful, tailored demonstrations that showcase its business value.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure our solutions align with market needs and customer expectations.

Your Mission

• You support the sales team in demonstrating the meaningful value of our platform.
• You provide advice on technical questions regarding the integration of Active Directories and Single Sign-On solutions, as well as the integration of our E-Learning modules into Learning Management Systems, and more.
• You independently implement awareness measures that amaze people.
• You utilize data to initialize and evaluate phishing simulations in a way that convinces our potential customers.
• You answer questions about the functionality of our product range, data protection, and information security in complex tender processes.
• You collaborate with our Product, Marketing, Legal, and Security experts.
• You become the sought-after product expert for Cyber Security Awareness solutions in our team.
  
  

Your Profile

• Passion for cybersecurity, SaaS, and helping businesses enhance security awareness
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience in presales, sales engineering, or technical consulting
• Technical familiarity with security awareness training platforms, SaaS architecture, and integrations
• Fluent in German and English
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
