My client, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company headquartered in Munich, is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join their expanding team. In this strategic role, you’ll partner with enterprise customers to ensure successful onboarding, drive adoption, and help them realize long-term value from the platform.


You’ll be joining at an exciting time of growth and scale, with plenty of room to shape both client relationships and internal success processes.

🎯 Your Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of strategic B2B clients, becoming their trusted advisor and long-term partner
  • Lead the full post-sale journey—onboarding, training, health monitoring, and expansion
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to help customers get the most out of the platform
  • Proactively manage account risks and opportunities, driving renewals and upsells
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Support teams
  • Contribute to process improvements and share best practices across the Customer Success team


✅ What You Bring

  • 5 years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar SaaS role
  • Strong track record with enterprise or high-value B2B clients
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Based in or open to relocating to Munich
  • Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced tech environment
  • Experience in operational platforms or cross-functional SaaS tools is a bonus
