🎯 Your Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of strategic B2B clients, becoming their trusted advisor and long-term partner
- Lead the full post-sale journey—onboarding, training, health monitoring, and expansion
- Deliver insights and recommendations to help customers get the most out of the platform
- Proactively manage account risks and opportunities, driving renewals and upsells
- Act as the internal voice of the customer, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Support teams
- Contribute to process improvements and share best practices across the Customer Success team
✅ What You Bring
- 5 years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar SaaS role
- Strong track record with enterprise or high-value B2B clients
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Based in or open to relocating to Munich
- Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced tech environment
- Experience in operational platforms or cross-functional SaaS tools is a bonus
