We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to support the German market for a leading European fintech platform. This is a cross-functional role focused on ensuring marketing campaigns, messaging, and service communications meet high standards of clarity, accuracy, and strategic alignment. Rather than owning campaign creation from scratch, your strength lies in reviewing, refining, and managing content across channels ensuring it's consistent, compliant, and aligned with the overall product vision.
You'll act as a bridge between internal teams and external partners, keeping everyone aligned on goals, creative direction, and delivery.
Your Responsibilities:
Reviewing & coordination of consumer-facing marketing content across digital channels
Ensure creative and brand consistency
Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams
Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to review messaging and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
Manage timelines, priorities, and expectations across internal stakeholders and partner teams.
Participate in regular strategy and planning meetings
React quickly to market developments, ensuring timely and appropriate marketing responses.
What You Bring:
3 years experience managing or reviewing consumer marketing campaigns—ideally in a regulated financial services or fintech environment
A keen editorial eye - spot inconsistencies, tone shifts, and clarity issues in marketing copy.
Excellent organisational skills and stakeholder management ability!
Native-level German and fluent in English for day-to-day collaboration.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and campaign formats (SEO, performance ads, email, etc.) - you don’t need to run them, but you understand how they work.
