Responsibilities
- Manage and process all incoming contact requests and leads in Salesforce
- Identify and prioritize high-potential leads
- Conduct targeted industry research within academia using tools such as Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, and company websites
- Enrich and maintain data sets with relevant and accurate information
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing events and campaigns
Requirements
- Strong affinity for data and numbers, with excellent analytical thinking skills
- Fast learner with a solid understanding of operational workflows
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a motivated and ambitious team
- Able to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
