โ Build a freelance sales force โ Recruit & lead 10 - 15 self-employed commission based Field Sales Reps
โ Scale fast โ Expand across multiple cities & regions, not just one territory
โ Coach & lead โ Drive team performance, activity, and conversion rates
โ Act like a founder โ Be the local expert and partner cross-functionally with HQ
