Finance Process Manager - Accounts Receivables (gn)

to strengthen our team at our locations in Stuttgart, Munich, or Budapest and shape the future of work together!

TAKKT group are expanding our presence in Budapest, Hungary, to host the new European TAKKT Competence Center (TCC). Building on recent improvements in our processes and customer experience, the TCC will support our European colleagues in streamlining processes, modernizing systems, and driving innovation. This expansion means we will be hiring highly skilled experts in digital and future-focused competencies, ensuring that we remain competitive and customer-centric as we embrace new technologies, including AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand overall business goals and how the Accounts Receivables team supports these goals
• Planning, controlling, and optimizing daily work processes within the department
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Ensure efficient application of workflow solutions
• Document department processes and procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
• Liaise with Sales and Customer Service departments regarding Accounts Receivables issues
• Participation in monthly service calls, monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to accounts receivables
  
  

Profile

• More than 5 Years of experience in relevant field
• University degree in economics / finance with major in Accounting or equivalent qualifications
• Excellent English language skills, additional European language skills beneficial
• Experience in the conception & transformation of accounting activities
• Solution-oriented, structured way of working, detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Very good knowledge of MS 365 Dynamics Finance
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of workflow solution beneficial
• Willingness to travel
• Team player, highly motivated, flexible, ability to work with other cultures & experience in Change Management
