About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Clinical Governance Moderator. This role involves moderating our internal integrated governance body, which includes senior members such as VPs and Sr. VPs, on a weekly basis. The ideal candidate will support project teams, ensuring they are well-prepared for discussions, and will document these meetings efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Moderation: 🗣️ Lead and moderate weekly governance meetings, facilitating discussions among senior scientific and operational leaders.
• Team Support: 🤝 Prepare project teams for meetings, ensuring they come equipped with the necessary information and materials.
• Documentation: 📝 Accurately document meeting discussions and decisions, ensuring a quick turnaround for dissemination.
• Clinical Operations: 🔬 Provide insights and support in clinical operations, leveraging your background as a clinical trial lead, coordinator, or setter.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: 🎓 Master's or Doctoral degree in a scientific field.
• Experience: 📈 Proven experience in clinical operations and governance, with a strong understanding of scientific processes.
• Technical Skills: 💻 Proficiency in clinical trial management and coordination.
• Personal Attributes: 🧠 Intelligent, articulate, and capable of engaging with senior leaders. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
