My client, a well-funded renewable energy company backed by a major European financial institution, is seeking a Graduate Project Developer to join its expanding team in Munich. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated graduate with a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy or a related field to gain direct experience in the development of large-scale solar PV and battery storage projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the entire project development lifecycle, from site selection to permitting.
• Assist in technical, regulatory, and environmental assessments required for project approval.
• Conduct market research and policy analysis to inform project strategy.
• Engage with landowners, regulatory authorities, and key stakeholders throughout the development process.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, finance, and legal, to ensure project feasibility.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Knowledge of regulatory and permitting processes in Germany is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
