Für unsern Store in Darmstadt suchen wir ab sofort einen stellvertretenden Filialleiter / Deputy Manager / stellvertretenden Store Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Deine Aufgaben

• Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Ablaufs im operativen Tagesgeschäft
• Umgang mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen
• Einarbeitung, Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Teams
• Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen
• Personaleinsatzplanung
• Vertretung der Filialleitung
  
  

Dein Profil

• Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel, der Gastronomie oder ähnlichen Bereichen mit Kundenkontakt
• Kaufmännisches Denken und Handeln
• Führungserfahrung, idealerweise von größeren Teams
• Hands-On Mentalität
• Hohe Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
