We are working on building an entirely new industry, which requires innovative growth efforts and a focus on educating a broader audience. As part of the team, you will play a key role in implementing strategies that drive awareness and engagement. This role focuses on planning, hands-on execution and operational support to ensure our growth initiatives are effective and impactful.

• Data Management: Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to measure the performance of growth initiatives.


• Project Execution: Plan, Execute and Collaborate with the team to implement strategies and ensure timely completion of growth-related projects.


• Marketing Content and Campaign Coordination: Support the marketing team by organizing, scheduling, and distributing content across various channels to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment. Assist in maintaining social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and contributing creative ideas for content. Conduct basic SEO checks to optimize content for improved online visibility. Provide logistical and operational support for event planning and execution, including preparing materials and coordinating tasks to ensure seamless delivery.

• Creative, result-driven, and very open mindset


• Good copywriting skills


• Excellent English language skills (German, French, Spanish or Italian language is considered a plus)


• Excellent computer/tech skills (Design or Video Editing experience is considered a plus)


• Pronounced hands-on mentality, your day to day will include a wide(!) range of projects


• Ideally, but not required: Work experience in early-stage, high innovation companies


• Strong communication skills


• Willingness to relocate to Berlin, Germany / Remote not possible
