Sr. Global Accounting Manager

As a Senior Manager Global Accounting you will play a key role in managing accounting function within a decentralized environment. You will oversee the financial consolidation process, harmonize accounting procedures across multiple international locations and establish global accounting standards. You will be reporting to the Global Head of Accounting and act as the formal deputy to this role.

Your Tasks:

• Manage the consolidation of accounts for the global group, facilitating timely and accurate financial reporting. 
• Support strategic decision-making in tax and accounting by providing expert insights and recommendations. 
• Serve as the key contact for external auditors to ensure compliance, optimizing financial accounting, and supporting the company's long-term financial strategy.

Your Profile:    

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; StB, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate accounting, financial consolidation, and reporting, preferably in a multinational environment. 
• Experience in managing cross-functional and international teams. 
• Ability to develop and implement accounting strategies aligned with business objectives. 
• Proficiency in ERP (preferred Odoo) and consolidation software (SAP, Hyperion, or similar). 
• Fluency in English is required; German and/or French is a plus.
