About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Experience Platforms to lead and drive our client’s customer experience initiatives. You can be based out of either one of our buzzing Munich, Dusseldorf or Cologne offices. This role requires a strong leader with extensive expertise in best-in-class platforms such as Adobe, Optimizely, Sitecore as well as in composable content-first CMS like Contentful and Contentstack. The role spearheads client initiatives to deliver seamless user experiences across their digital channels with capabilities such as hyper-personalization, analytics, AI-driven insights, customer data platforms (CDPs), journey orchestration, and predictive modeling.

Additionally, expertise in large-scale multi-brand web factory delivery and content supply chain orchestration are crucial. As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing teams, driving presales activities, ensuring successful delivery leadership, and shaping the future of digital experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Presales & Business Development: Actively contribute to presales efforts, providing thought leadership, building client relationships and crafting winning proposals
• Platform Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends in platforms, composable architectures, data and AI.
• Delivery Excellence: Oversee the successful delivery of large-scale digital transformation projects, ensuring high-quality execution on time and within budget
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of subject matter experts, architects, requirements engineers and project managers
• Strategic Leadership: Execute the strategy for experience platforms, building capabilities locally and in delivery hubs in alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Essential Experience

• To be able to converse fluently in German and English - both verbally and in writing
• Understanding of customer experience technology ecosystems
• Expertise in one or more of Adobe, Optimizely, Sitecore, Contentful, Contentstack, composable architectures and associated technologies
• Background in data and AI with focus on hyper-personalization, analytics, AI-driven insights, customer data platforms (CDPs), journey orchestration and predictive modelling
• Ability to lead large-scale teams and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Adept at resource allocation, budgeting, and operational efficiency
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset.
