A key client of ours, a leader in the Semiconductor industry, are looking for their next Key Account Manager to join their European team.
The role:
As a Key Account Manager, you will oversee all aspects of performance for your assigned accounts to ensure optimal customer support & engagement. As the “Voice of the Customer” you will help drive operational improvements & business strategy.
Responsibilities:
Executes strategy with business unit stakeholders to maximise customer growth and profitability for assigned customers.
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer account performance & engagement; including but not limited to forecasting, delivery, quality, sustainability, cost, customer service & technology roadmaps.
Provides customer scorecard management and reporting to as well as the drive organisation to complete improvement activities
Collaborates with Sales & product managers to ensure NPI roadmap is delivered on time & to customer requirements.
Understands market cycles to provide accurate forecasting for Sales Inventory & Operational Planning cycles.
Works with engineering and Customer Application Support Engineering to review customer specs for compliance, accuracy, feasibility and provide quotations per customer request.
Proactively reviews, evaluates, and responds to customer complaints, application problems, returns and technical support.
Leads business reviews with account stakeholders on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Recommends additional products and services that benefit the account profitability and success.
Shapes supplier agreements & pricing strategy with sales functions.
Helps to shape customer focus team operating system & connections to internal factory processes.
Skills & Experience required:
Strategic Account Management
Experience working in semiconductor ecosystem (in chamber) or thermal engineering organizations highly preferred.
