About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized working student to support our Finance team. In this role, you will assist with invoice processing, expense approvals, payment handling, and invoice documentation, gaining hands-on experience in finance operations. If you enjoy working with financial data, managing records, and ensuring compliance, this opportunity is for you!

Your Responsibilities

• Issue invoices and ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping
• Review and approve expense claims in line with company policies
• Process payments and support financial transactions
• Maintain and organize invoice documentation, ensuring compliance and accessibility
• Assist with financial data entry and reconciliation
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc administrative and reporting tasks

Your Profile

• Organized and detail-oriented, with an eye for accuracy
• Enjoys working with financial data, invoices, and transaction records
• Preferred: Basic knowledge of finance, accounting, or bookkeeping
• Fluent in English (written & spoken), German is a plus
• Based in Hamburg, but remote candidates are welcome
