The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the success and growth of ZEAL by attracting and hiring top-tier talent across various functions, including product, marketing, technology and other business areas. With a strong focus on active sourcing and strategic collaboration with hiring managers, you will drive innovative and KPI-driven approaches to enhance candidate experience while ensuring our recruitment strategy aligns with the company’s goals.
Your Tasks
- Proactively source, engage, and nurture relationships with top talent using various platforms, tools, and networks.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing insights, market trends, and consultation to define hiring strategies.
- Run and coordinate the full hiring process, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout.
- Leverage KPIs to measure recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring effectiveness.
- Stay adaptable and responsive to hiring priorities and organizational needs.
- Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, improve processes, and optimize sourcing strategies.

- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment technologies.

- Fluency in English and German
