The role

Our German team is looking for a Sales Lead who will be part of building and running our important Fleet, B2B, and B2C business. Through your customer-oriented approach and understanding of each customer's unique needs and preferences, you are a support throughout the entire customer journey. At Zeekr, we build strong relationships with our customers by offering outstanding service and guidance through the chain.

This is what you will do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Fleet & B2B customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Set and achieve specific Fleet sector sales targets that contribute to Zeekr's overall revenue targets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Zeekr's B2B & Fleet offering and effectively communicate our value proposition to customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with Fleet and B2B customers as well as with Leasing Companies and Financial Service Companies to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand trends in the B2B & Fleet sector, identify new opportunities and stay one step ahead of the competition.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service to all our customers and address any issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate and manage the test drive & delivery operations with partners and customers.
  • Ensure that all processes, structures, and systems are implemented to ensure a smooth customer journey and a seamless order-to-delivery (OTD) process.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments within Zeekr, such as Sales, Service and Logistics to ensure smooth operation and coordination for Fleet customers.
  • Coordinate and manage the inside sales operations to ensure an excellent experience from end to end for customers
  • Ensure effective Lead and Funnel Management.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback and market trends, providing valuable insights to Zeekr management.
  • Constantly identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Fleet sector including partnerships, collaborations and new client acquisitions.
  • Ensure that all activities and transactions comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

  • A customer-oriented approach with a strong understanding of sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience of Fleet, B2B, and preferably also in the B2C in the automotive industry.
  • Solution oriented with the ability to analyze problems and explore different types of possible solutions.
  • Good collaboration skills, you are used to working in teams and with colleagues from different departments.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of independent thinking and analytical ability.
  • Excellent presentation skills and skilled in negotiation.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to the European Zeekr HQ in Amsterdam and across Germany to support the partners.
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
