We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled IT Manager to oversee our company's technology infrastructure and support services across multiple properties. This role is critical in ensuring consistent IT operations, maintaining network security, and providing on-site and remote support to staff and systems at all sites. To provide 24/7 availability to respond to urgent technical issues or system outages.


MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and coordinate IT operations across multiple properties, ensuring systems are consistent, secure, and effective.
  • Implement and maintain IT systems, hardware, and software across all sites.
  • Provide remote and on-site support to property staff and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Oversee network infrastructure, including VPNs, Wi-Fi systems, and telecommunications across all locations.
  • Ensure data integrity, cybersecurity, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations at each property.
  • Collaborate with property managers and department heads to align IT services with operational needs.
  • Lead the planning and execution of IT projects such as system upgrades, new property integrations, or migrations.
  • Manage IT inventory, equipment lifecycle, and vendor relationships for each location.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and support procedures across all sites.
  • Supervise and support local IT personnel or coordinate with third-party service providers.
  • Develop innovative network troubleshooting methods that reduce downtime and lower repair costs.
  • Collaborate closely with departmental managers to determine the maintenance and growth needs of the network.
  • Monitor changing network technology and deliver a technology update and costs to the senior management.
  • Respond to IT emergencies and provide timely resolution, including after-hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.


KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage critical systems and respond quickly to issues after hours.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cloud systems, cybersecurity, and endpoint management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to various property locations as needed.
  • Preferred previous working experience within the hospitality and catering, IT environment.
  • Multi-tasking ability with a hand-on approach.
  • Ability to communicate across all organisational levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
