Main Duties: Preparing monthly management accounts and annual financial statements. Compiling financial reports, including budgets, balance sheets, and financial plans. Updating and reconciling general ledger entries. Conducting monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Identifying and resolving discrepancies through data analysis. Overseeing payroll administration. Ensuring statutory financial records are accurately maintained. Coordinating with auditors by providing necessary documentation. Managing EU and/or national funding applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory authorities. Reviewing and implementing improvements to accounting processes for operational efficiency. What skills do you need: ACCA qualification (completed or in the final stages) or an equivalent certification. 2 to 3 years of experience in a semi-senior or managerial role (preferred but not mandatory). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Fluency in written and spoken Maltese and English. Clean police conduct certificate. Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
