Waiter - Waitress

Seeking to recruit full-time Waiter / Waitress to work for a world renowned brand. The applicant must be polite, smart and professional with at least 2 years' experience working as front of house. They also need to have good knowledge of wines and alcohol. The candidate must be able to follow company policies and SOPs. Besides that, they need to excel at customer service, be able to multi task, and speak and understand professional English; knowledge of any other language will be considered an asset.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• To inform customers about new food, beverages and specials.
• To welcome, take drink and food orders from guests in the Bar, Lounge and in the main restaurant.
• To ensure that the service is at all times performed in a professional manner and to the standards as specified by the franchise.
• To make sure that Company Policy, the Vision Statement, and Departmental Objectives are followed and utilised at all times.
• To obtain feedback from guests and to use this to improve service and to pass on such in-formation to the General Manager or Director.
• To be fully conversant with every drink, cocktail, mocktails and spirits served in the Bar and every dish served in the restaurant and to provide explanations as requested.
