A taste of what you’ll do
The Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer is responsible of supporting the management of all suspicious activities escalated by employees within Immense Group. You’d be working closely with all the departments within Immense Group to ensure that employees are adequately trained and AML/CFT processes in place are effective for the mitigation of ML/FT risks.
- Deputise for the MLRO, as and when required
- Handle all escalated internal suspicious transactions, including research, report writing, and reaching the necessary determination, in the MLRO’s absence
- Assist the MLRO daily with any Suspicious Activity Reports and external reporting
- Liaise with the FIAU, NCA, SE Polisen and other external regulatory and supervisory agencies
- Assist the MLRO with monitoring the effectiveness of the Company’s AML systems and controls
- Ensure that periodic client reviews are completed in a timely manner
- Support the planning and management of the oversight of any AML Projects to assure that these are delivered in a timely manner and meet the necessary requisites
- Provide the business with advice and guidance regularly on the effectiveness of company’s AML/CFT framework
- Support the development of anti-money laundering training to ensure that everyone in the business receives training which meets regulatory requirements
- Undertake any other ad hoc duties when required
- Any other task/responsibility which may be related or connected to the role of Deputy MLRO and as designated by the MLRO.
