JOB VACANCY: CUSTOMER SERVICE
Based: Schiphol, Amsterdam
Reporting to: NL office
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Daily oversight of all our airlines from an customer service/operational perspective.
· Cover emails through the shift, this can be 70-80% of your workload.
· Ensure AIA in-house system is post-flights and updated after flight departure to ensure smooth billing.
· Be visual in partner GHA to oversee airline clients’ builds and full utilisation of units.
· Develop professional relationships with internal and external parties to ensure effective cargo operations.
· Handle critical issues through liaison with station managers, airport authorities and internal departments to effectively deal with situations.
· Maintain effective communication with all external and internal staff/clients
· Target the reduction of cargo handling issues and their consequences.
· To carry out any other tasks deemed necessary and reasonable by the company.
· Ensure the accurate processing of freight documentation in accordance with all customer airline’s operational procedures.
· Monitor transhipment cargo deliveries by our GHA’S to onward carriers.
· Ensure that all carrier-specific requirements are handled correctly in accordance with the appropriate procedures.
· Adopt a proactive work ethic planning ahead to anticipate and prevent handling issues.
Required:
· Good organisational and time-management skills.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Initiative and flexible.
· Experience in using computers and Windows based applications, including MS office.
· A satisfactory continuous employment history dating back 3 years.
· A satisfactory VOG background check.
· A full driving license.

Salaris: €2.500,00 - €2.600,00 per maand
