Assistant Manager Operations and Logisitcs

Assist in the order processing of Aqua Aero Coatings BV :

• Receive orders from the business unit manager
• Verify order and send order confirmation
• Generate purchase order to supplier
• Communicate deviations with customer
• Organize transportation including the required documents
• Check and send all required export documents
• Solve problems in the supply chain
• Follow up on transportation

Support to the administration process.

• Generate and send invoices.
• Entries in the administrations system.
• Process credit card and declarations etc.
• All other admin support
