ASRock is a worldwide leading manufacturer of computer components including Desktop-Motherboards, Mini PC’s and Server-Motherboards. ASRock Europe B.V. is responsible for Product Marketing, Sales, Service and Logistics of ASRock products for the EU region. ASRock Europe is based at Nijmegen in the Netherlands and selling its products through its distributors and dealer network to the end-users. SALES Assistant

The Job Function

The Sales Assistant is responsible for all product related activities in the EU region in order to make specific ASRock products visible and sellable in the channel. Therefore the main responsibilities required are:

- Assist the sales team in preparing sales materials, proposals, and presentations.

- Manage stock levels and ensure that products are displayed properly in the store or online.

- Process sales transactions and handle refunds or exchanges as needed.

- Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.

- Generate reports on sales performance and customer feedback.

- Maintain and update sales databases, customer records, and CRM systems according to SOP standards.

- Archive documents, correspondence, and transaction records following the company’s document retention policies.

Required Skills and Knowledge

Strong communication skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Fluently English speaking and writing skills is a must.

Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.

Required Personality

The candidate possesses a natural IT minded drive, is customer oriented, is a company representative and has excellent planning and organizing skills in order to reach deadlines.

Capable to work in fast changing environment, handle high stress level, logical and analytical, experience in similar position, good knowledge of hardware technology, willing to travel

We are looking for candidates who have already a valid work/residence permit to work in the Netherlands.
